Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of EverPost Richmond Fence Builders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.

Services Provided

EverPost Richmond Fence Builders provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Richmond, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum fence installation
• Fence repair and maintenance services
• Pool fencing and commercial fencing projects
• Free estimates and consultations

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred timeline, but completion dates may vary based on project complexity and weather conditions.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. These estimates are based on the information you provide and an initial assessment of your property. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unexpected conditions are discovered during installation.

All quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement and typically include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion.

Your Responsibilities

As the property owner, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property boundaries and dimensions
• Obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals
• Ensuring clear access to the work area
• Notifying us of any underground utilities or obstacles
• Being available for project walkthroughs and final inspection

We can assist with permit applications, but you remain responsible for ensuring all required approvals are obtained before work begins.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty that covers defects in our installation for one year from the completion date. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be specified in your service agreement.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If you notice any issues with your fence, please contact us promptly so we can address them.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.

Changes to the project scope after work has started may result in additional charges. We will provide you with updated pricing before proceeding with any changes.

Limitation of Liability

EverPost Richmond Fence Builders carries full insurance coverage for your protection. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

We take every precaution to protect your property during our work, but you should secure or move any valuable items near the work area before we begin.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us first so we can work to resolve the issue directly. Most problems can be solved through open communication.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County.
